New abortion laws in the Republic of Ireland could mean doctors can carry them out for the first time if a woman's life is in danger medically or she is at the risk of suicide.
Published with the bill is a list of the 24 hospitals where abortions in these circumstances could take place.
However, Irish doctors will be able to refuse performing emergency terminations if their objections are morally or religious based.
