Former Canon at St. George's Cathedral in Cape Town discusses 'very difficult' moment for all South Africans.
Prays continue to be said for former South African president Nelson Mandela who remains in a "serious but stable" condition after being admitted to hospital four days ago with a lung infection.
President Jacob Zuma has been briefed by doctors about 94-year-old Mr Mandela's condition and was satisfied that they were "doing their best to make Madiba better", said a statement.
This is Mandela's fourth spell in hospital since December.
