The group were returning to the village of Bullas from a church service when the coach plunged into a ravine injuring 38 others.

The parish priest is among the dead.

Spain's Royal couple have been comforting the victim's families (pictured is Queen Letizia).

The crash is the worst in Spain for 13 years and it's reported the driver's been charged with homicide and negligence.

More than 200 emergency workers battled at the scene to save people but 10 had already died whilst another four lost their fight for life in hospital.

Regional authorities in Bullas have declared three days of mourning.
