Bobbie Houston, the co-founder of Hillsong Church and wife of Brian Houston, has told her Instagram followers she is "pressing on with trust in the Living God and the righteous Courts of Heaven" following a slew of controversies.

Earlier this year, the couple was asked to step down from their role as senior global leaders of Hillsong as an internal investigation revealed Brian Houston had acted inappropriately towards two women.

More recently, Brian Houston accused Hillsong of "losing it's soul" after he alleged the organisation had made Bobbie redundant by text. Hillsong denied the allegations.

Since then, both Bobbie and Brian Houston have taken a much more 'low-profile' approach to their social media accounts, posting less frequently.

But in one of her latest publications, Bobbie reassured her followers she is still using the app.

"Hello from us, just thought I'd say hi," the post read.

"For those interested, we are still here. Pressing on with trust in the Living God and the righteous Courts of Heaven. Enemies of the Cross (and maybe others who should know better) forget that everything that concerns His Son and His Bride plays out ultimately before the Courts of Heaven.

"I don't speak of these things often or lightly - but there IS a holy Heavenly Father who is very engaged & watchful of our every move, thought, word, intent, action. Ultimately because He loves us and is redemptive.

"If the Word says He counts the sands on the seashore; the hairs on our head; that He knows when a sparrow falls to the ground; & is mindful of the flowers of the field (here one day and gone the next) - then trust me, He is more present and watchful of those human hearts than we realize," it continued.

Bobbie concluded her post by sharing her gratitude for "the unexpected kindness" received from many of her followers.

She continued: "we continue to pray HIS WILL, FAVOR & GRACE upon you all. Regardless of current narratives running havoc, we still care for Thy Kingdom Come, the Body of Christ, our Psalm 92 convictions .. & will remain within integrity & obedience to His heart in all we do."
