Thousands of Brazilians have turned out in the pouring rain to welcome Pope Francis to Rio de Janeiro. He attended a huge ceremony to mark World Youth Day at the famous Copacabana Beach. The 76-year-old was given a rapturous reception as he was driven past the excited crowds. Jo-Anne Rowney's working in the social media office for World Youth Day and is in Brazil.
