The King and Queen, alongside the Prince and Princess of Wales, attended a Sunday service at Crathie Kirk near the Balmoral estate in Aberdeenshire, continuing a long-standing tradition of worship at the Church of Scotland parish during their summer holiday.

Charles and Camilla were pictured arriving in the back of a car, while William and Kate, known in Scotland as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, arrived in another vehicle with the Prince at the wheel, as reported by The Independent.

“Crathie Kirk has long been a spiritual home for our family,” a palace spokesperson noted, reflecting the late Queen Elizabeth II’s regular attendance.

The Princess Royal and the Duke of Edinburgh were also present for the service.

Meanwhile, it was confirmed that William and Kate will move later this year with their three children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, to Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park, funding the renovations themselves.

As heir to the throne, William oversees the Duchy of Cornwall estate, a significant portfolio of land, property, and investments valued at over £1 billion, supporting his family and royal duties.
