Each month the Holy Father releases two new prayers, one called a universal prayer and the other called an evangelisation prayer. This month's universal prayer is: "That immigrants and refugees may find welcome and respect in the countries to which they come."
He has also released an evangelisation prayer: "That the personal encounter with Jesus may arouse in many young people the desire to offer their own lives in priesthood or consecrated life."
Last month the Pope prayed: "That, rejecting the culture of indifference, we may care for our neighbours who suffer, especially the sick and the poor," and that non-believers would be prepared to accept Jesus.
