He wants all faith groups to fall under a new law to stop countries such as Saudi Arabia paying for "hate preachers" in the UK.
Speaking at a eurosceptic rally in Basingstoke he suggested the Paris attacks were the "utterly and entirely predictable" result of mass immigration and cash "pouring" into mosques and universities from the Gulf state.
He wants the UK to put security ahead of trade and added: "I propose that all churches and all faith groups in this country should in future, under law, have to declare publicly all their sources of income.
"And if the money for any church of faith group is coming from a legitimate background then of course there is nothing to fear.
"That I think is how we can sort this problem out."
