Friends and family from around the world are expected to attend the ceremony at the Loop Campus of Houston's First Baptist Church at 10am local time.
Qureshi, who belonged to Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM), died on Saturday after being diagnosed with stomach cancer. The 34 year old was married and had a two year old daughter.
The service will be officiated by Pastor Gregg Matte and Ravi Zacharias will deliver a message. The event will be streamed live on the internet.
In a message posted online, RZIM said: "Please join us in praying that Nabeel will be honored and God will be glorified through all these proceedings.
"We are trusting that many people will come to faith as a result of his testimony and the legacy he leaves behind."
Established prior to his passing, an online fundraising page to cover Qureshi's medical costs has continued to raise donations which have now surpassed £570k. Leftover money will help support his family.
Qureshi, a Pakistani-American who converted to Christianity from Islam after engaging in discussions with Christians at university, went on to write the bestselling book 'Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus'.
Announcing in August last year that his health was declining, Qureshi posted a series of videos about living with illness - some from his hospital bed.
