The front-runners were announced on Monday and six of them have used the US show as platform to share about their Christian faith.
Part-time minister and rocker Cade Foehner is one of those who has been vocal about God in the singing competition and on social media.
During his top 24 finals performance, Foehner stunned amazed judge Katy Perry with one of his rock-n-roll performances.
She said after his performance: "Are we even allowed to show this on ABC, oh my gosh is this rock and roll? I saw some things that my minister parents had to shun."
Foehner replied: "I'm a minister too so it's okay."
He also thanked God on Instagram when he made the top ten cut saying he doesn't deserve it, but the Lord did it.
Michael J Woodard also gave God the glory last week after his performance and encouraged people to vote.
The other Christian finalists include Dennis Lorenzo, Caleb Hutchinson, Michelle Sussett and Gabby Barrett.
Barrett sang a Christian song for her followers on Instagram on Easter weekend reminding them to count their blessings.
