The daughter of famous actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards has revealed how Jesus helped her during a "very bad panic attack" during a press tour in New York.

Lola Sheen, aged 19, regularly shares about her newfound Christian faith online using her Instagram account.

On her HeavenlyBonded podcast, during an episode called God's Strength in Our Weakness, Sheen shared how she felt God allowed her to experience a panic attack so she "got to see how God’s power worked so much" in her weakest moment.

The influencer explained how on the morning of the press tour she felt "very anxious and overstimulated” and "didn't make enough time to pray".

Sheen also reflected on the self-doubt she experienced, saying: “I’d wake up with all these anxious thoughts like, what does this person think of me? or what if I said something wrong in that interview?"

The podcast host said she thought she would have to “go to the hospital” due to the panic she felt.

"It was so scary because it was like everything felt like it was going in phases," she said. "It was like I couldn’t remember what I said five seconds ago.”

Eventually, she called on her "sisters in Christ" to pray over her and explained how her anxiety completely disappeared afterwards.

"I felt like Jesus put his hand on me and instantly, every single feeling I felt was gone," she said.
