Justin Bieber shares cryptic message about faith

by Reuters Journalist

Justin Bieber is drawing on his Christian faith to beat his demons.

Justin Bieber has shared a cryptic message about his faith amid the Sean 'Diddy' Combs legal drama.

"How can I really believe Jesus is with me?" Bieber posed the question on his Instagram Story, sharing the following response: "Well for me Justin, it's simply his goodness that keeps convincing me.

"Every time I thought he wouldn't show up for me he always has, I'm convinced he's the perfect patient presence that guides, directs and leads me all the days of my life providing, healing, restoring all that the enemy tried to destroy and steal."

The Lonely singer's message comes months after it was reported that Bieber was struggling with mental health issues following Combs' September arrest.

In October, several sources close to Bieber told Us Weekly that he was "in a hard place mentally" due to his "history" with the Bad Boy Records founder, and that dealing with the news of the allegations surrounding Combs had been "hard to process".

Bieber's name has been brought up on numerous occasions due to his previous friendship with the Last Night rapper, when he was a teen.

Bieber and wife Hailey's Christian faith has long been in the public eye. Justin was baptised by renowned pastor Carl Lentz back in 2014 and Hailey has made no secret of being raised in a Christian home.

The pair rekindled their stalled romance after bumping into each another at a church conference in Miami in 2018.
