Invitations to the Just One event, made to the residents nearby or directly affected by the blaze - which has left at least 79 people dead earlier this month - have been accepted by 300 people.
Speaking with Premier, J.John said he wanted to offer something positive amid the tragedy, explaining: "There's a lovely verse in the Bible that says 'beauty from ashes' and that's our prayer for all the residents from the Grenfell Tower."
"We felt, 'Well, OK, let's try and give the opportunity for as many people as possible who are hurting, who are vulnerable, to be our guests at the Emirates'."
Just One gets underway at the home of Arsenal Football Club, the Emirates Stadium in London on 8th July. In total, around 20,000 tickets have already been sold.
J.John said he encouraged churches near the Grenfell Towner in north Kensington to get on board with the event, saying: "In response to that, we heard 300 people have signed up and want to be our guests at the Emirates - which is wonderful..."
Singer and songwriter Matt Redman, Hillsong London church, the London Community Gospel Choir and music pastor Noel Robinson are among those set to join J.John on stage next Saturday.
The name Just One references the aim of the event - for 20,000 Christians to invite 'just one' non-Christian friend or relative to join them at the Emirates.
