Asia Bibi was convicted without evidence in 2010 and has been in prison ever since.
She was due to have a final hearing in Pakistan yesterday but it's now been postponed again until October 16.
Her appeal hearing has been adjourned several times before.
It's claimed by campaigners courts are unwilling to hear her case for fear of a backlash from the public if she's found not guilty.
The mother was convicted after an argument with Muslim woman over what water she should be drinking.
The women were unhappy that she drank from the same well as them.
Her lawyers have told the Fides news service the prosecution lawyers failed to turn up to court forcing the hearing to be postponed.
Her lawyers said: "The only fear is possible negative influence or pressure on the judges on the part of the extremists."
