Government says school nurseries in England should allow 2-year-olds

School nurseries in England are being asked to take younger children - from the age of 2 - and to open for longer. It could help address childcare shortages in some areas but ministers say it'll also give kids a head start in their education. Rachel Aston is a Senior Policy Officer at Christian charity Mothers Union.

She told Premier's News Hour she understands why many would be in favour of this idea:
