There's widespread claims of vote rigging in the Zimbabwe elections. That's despite the fact that the official results aren't due until this weekend. Robert Mugabe's Zanu-PF party is already claiming victory Mugabe's rival - Morgan Tsvangirai - says there's been "monumental fraud". Dr. Steve Kibble is the chair of the Zimbabwe Europe Network.
