The 30-year-old singer shared the news with his TikTok followers, claiming to be completely pain-free after slipping from his skateboard and landing on his lower back — an accident that caused multiple fractures.

On 19 July, Frank posted what appears to be home CCTV footage of the fall to TikTok.

“It was just a casual session with my two-year-old, so I didn’t even think to put a helmet on (hindsight is 20/20),” he wrote in the caption. “[I’m] thankful to God that it wasn’t any worse.”

Frank later confirmed he had suffered multiple fractures to his L3 and L4 vertebrae — bones located in the lower back.

“Will be lying in bed for a while,” he added, while also apologising to his wife, Grace.

Two weeks on, Frank says he realised he was healed after waking up without putting on his back brace and lifting his son, Bodie. This prompted him to seek an urgent X-ray — which, he says, showed “complete healing”.

In a caption posted on 2 August, Frank wrote: “I’m pretty much convinced God would’ve healed me day 1 from all these prayers, but He wanted these songs & this testimony [to] come to life. Regardless, I’m here for it all… ruined for the ordinary. THANK YOU JESUS.”

A few days into his recovery, Frank revealed he had written a song inspired by the accident. He shared a preview, calling the outro particularly encouraging. The lyrics read:

“I won’t fear no past / My path, I’ll just keep moving straight ‘cause God’s got my back / Even when I fall or get attacked / ‘Cause God’s got my back.”

The track, titled God’s Got My Back, was released on 28 July 2025.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, most spinal fractures heal within three months when surgery is not required.
