Friends and family members of bride Patricia Doogan brought her to tears as, one by one, they joined in a rendition of "How Great Thou Art".
The service at St Mary's Church in Kincasslagh in Ireland took place on Friday.
Doogan and her new husband Neil Swan were left stunned as their family and friends joined them at the altar to serenade the happy couple.
At the end of the performance, Fr Pat Ward - who was in on the surprise - dubbed the performance a "Flash mob - Catholic style".
The video of the performance has already been viewed over 1.7 million times on Daniel O'Donnell's Facebook page.
O'Donnell wrote: "It certainly was emotional - left a few people in tears and had the crowd on their feet at the end. Hope you all had a great night guys - highlights video coming soon!"
