Christian Climate Action (CCA), which is the Christian wing of Extinction Rebellion, is releasing a book on the moral and religious case for joining the struggle against the climate crisis.
The group has described Time to Act as a practical resource book.
More than 30 people have contributed to it, including Tearfund's director of global advocacy Ruth Valerio.
Time to Act shares personal accounts of CCA's involvement in protests such as Extinction Rebellion protests and the school strikes.
CCA member Holly-Anna Petersen said: "We have put our blood, sweat and tears into this book because we hope and pray that it will awaken the Church and lead to the Christian climate movement the world so dearly needs."
There will be a virtual book launch on Friday.
