Dustin Tavella, a Christian magician, and performer, recently won the reality show America's Got Talent.
America's Got Talent relied on viewer votes to determine the final winner and had Tavella competing with nine other finalists. According to AGT host Terry Crews, season 16 was one of the closest votes to date.
"Before 'AGT,' I just never could've imagined my two worlds colliding – My passion for my magic and my story about my family," Dustin admitted on stage, his eyes tearing up in happiness and excitement as the stage explodes in fireworks and confetti. The performer will now receive a $1 million prize, and headliner status at an upcoming America's Got Talent show in Las Vegas.

Tavella is the third magician to win America's Got Talent. The magician often centered his show around his family and his two adopted sons, as well as notions of faith and humanity, often attracting many fans across the United States.
In an interview with Youtube personality Ruslan, Tavella noted how his faith had affected his action on stage.
"When I get to celebrate the principles of God, when I get to celebrate the things that God's done in our lives, … that, to me, is the main thing that we want to do," Tavella told Ruslan. "[It is to] continue to be intentional with every story we get to tell and every bit of airtime."
