The Christian Medical Fellowship is calling for an end to financial rewards for hospitals who put patients on the Liverpool Care Pathway.
The end of life care system was set up to help people in their final days or hours but some say it's used to prematurely end lives to save money.
The CMF says it's a 'useful clinical tool' but must be used with the proper indications and by properly trained staff.
