Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' daughter has found a renewed faith in Christianity after struggling with depression, leading to her recent decision to be baptised.
The 19-year-old shared her emotional journey on Instagram, revealing that she turned to Jesus at her lowest point and has since experienced a profound transformation.
Lola Sheen, the youngest daughter of the Two and a Half Men actor and the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, was born a year after her parents married in 2002.
They later divorced in 2006 but have continued to co-parent their daughters, Sami and Lola.
She currently lives in Malibu with her mother and stepfather, Aaron Phypers.
Reflecting on her struggles, she described how she reached a breaking point, feeling lost and hopeless.
"When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realised I had hit rock bottom," she wrote.
"I felt so lost and hopeless, just trying to make it to the next day. I accepted that my life was always going to be like that, and I thought I would never genuinely laugh again."
However, in the midst of her pain, she says she encountered her "only savior," Jesus.
"I can’t really explain it other than it was supernatural, but Jesus met me exactly where I was, and he forever became my sun," she shared.
"He chose me when no one else did, loved me when I didn’t feel worthy, and gave me a light when I couldn’t find my own."
Lola recently launched a faith-based podcast and a YouTube channel, Heavily Bonded, where she discusses Christianity and personal growth.
After months of spiritual transformation, she decided to publicly declare her faith through baptism.
"I made it through this year only by the strength of Jesus, and I am so happy to go into this next year after publicly declaring Jesus as my Savior," she wrote.
"I am forever saved by His grace, through faith."
