Anti-poverty campaigners say tax dodging can't be ignored

Finance ministers won't be able to miss the 'elephant in the room' when they meet tomorrow to discuss global economic policies.  Anti-poverty campaigners have put a large inflatable elephant with the words 'UK Tax Havens' in a pop up boardroom right outside the Treasury.
