A train which hurtled off the rails in north-western Spain, killing 80 people was going at around twice the speed limit.
A Spanish official says a train crash in the north-west of the country - which left 80 people dead - was caused by excessive speed. The driver's been put under formal investigation.
It's been suggested the train may have been travelling at more than twice the usual speed when it derailed and smashed into a wall.
