That's the finding of a new survey by the Internet Watch Foundation which found that nearly half of them wouldn't know how to report it.
The IWF says 73 UK-based sites were found containing child pornography, most were closed down within an hour of it being notified.
John Carr from the UK Council for Internet Safety told Premier's News Hour the content is only a couple of clicks into the darker parts of the web:
