Report by Bishop of Manchester finds one in five in extreme poverty

The Bishop of Manchester wants more help for the city's poorest after a new report he chaired finds one in five of the its residents are living in extreme poverty.

The Right Reverend Nigel McCulloch listed 16 recommendations to prevent 1.6 million more residents from sliding into deeper crisis.

Sarah Lee gave evidence to the report and she told Premier's News Hour that life; at times has been unbearable:
