A school chaplain has gone viral for his dance performance during a school basketball game.

Father Nonso Ohanaka, chaplain of Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School (JPII) in Tennessee, stunned the crowd with his moves at halftime at the school’s fixture against another local Catholic school.

“Father O brought out the moves at halftime of the JPII vs Father Ryan Men’s Basketball game,” the school posted on Instagram.

Fr. Ohanaka was dressed in his cassock as he recreated the choreography to “Bye Bye Bye” by NSYNC, ending with the splits to a cheering crowd.

The video has garnered over 2.7 million views on Instagram.

John Cook, a former NSYNC backup dancer, commented that he “approved” of the dance, accompanied by clapping emojis.

Another user commented: “Awesome Father, thanks for showing the fun human side!”

JPII defeated the visiting school 46-44.
