A spokesman for the Nigerian Army also said none of them are the remaining 219 missing Chibok schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram in April last year.
Army soldiers destroyed three Boko Haram camps in the Sambisa forest in their offensive. The forest is next to Borno state, where the Chibok schools were kidnapped.
According to the BBC, General Chris Olukolade said the Nigerian Army used both air and ground troops to defeat the militants, and that accurate intelligence helped them locate and execute the attack.
The official Twitter account for the Nigerian Army also said the rescued females are being interviewed to see what information they have about the extremist group, and any other captives they may have.
Last month, it was reported Nigerian and other forces had recaptured thousands of square miles of the territory from Boko Haram since starting their campaign.
