A Texas megachurch pastor retired last month following an arrest for solicitation of prostitution at a massage parlor.
The Rev. John F. Fiedler led the 15,000-member Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, until his retirement on Dec. 31, 2024, church records show.
Police documents, first cited by The Roys Report, allege that Fielder was caught in a prostitution bust carried out on 2nd October, 2024, at Massage Ease in Carrollton, Collin County.
Records show that investigators were advised that the business "was sold to another female who had priors for promotion of prostitution out of Oklahoma in relation to a massage establishment".
Fiedler surrendered to police on 31st October, 2024, in response to an arrest warrant for solicitation of prostitution, court records show.
He was released on his own recognizance the same day, with a bond set at $1,000.
