The Christian actor shared the exciting news with his 28.9 million Instagram followers on Tuesday.
Pratt and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, named their daughter Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt.
He said they "couldn't be happier" and are "extremely blessed". The Jurassic World star then shared Psalm 126:3 and Psalm 127:3-4.
Lyla is Pratt's second child. He has a seven-year-old son with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
