Rory Alec confirmed on 2nd October that he wouldn't take part in the station after having a "moral failure" within his marriage.
Speaking live on the channel last night, Mrs Alec said her husband and ministry partner of more than 20 years had been having an affair with a woman in Austria and is now living with her in South Africa.
Throughout the broadcast, she appeared tearful and almost broke down as she outlined the "satanic assault on God TV and Rory and I".
She told viewers the problems started in March when her husband said he needed 'space' and was going to stay in Germany for some time.
"It started to be extremely traumatic for me because suddenly my husband just started to change in a pattern and a way I had never seen him act before," she said.
She claims his behaviour then got "worse" and that she started to feel "very manipulated and intimidated" as she battled to keep the situation quiet at his request.
During the live broadcast she alleged that he didn't immediately come home from a trip to Austria even when she had a medical emergency.
When she asked him if there was another women it is claimed he denied it.
Speaking about when she found out he had been having an affair, she said, "The devil got in very, very easily."
During a trip away when Mrs Alec thought they would receive counselling for their marriage, she claims he told her "our marriage is over".
She told viewers she wanted to fix her relationship, but that Mr Alec did not.
"Rory is on this lady's father's farm in South Africa. He doesn't want to be involved in the ministry anymore and as far as he's concerned, the marriage is finished," she said.
She added: "He doesn't want restoration, he doesn't want counselling, he doesn't want anything to do with it. He wants a new life."
She finished the broadcast by saying: "I don't know what the outcome will be but I know this with all my heart, I've got absolute trust in my Father God.
"He is beautiful and he is always good. I have absolute faith in incredible restoration and incredible restitution in our lives ahead."
She later tweeted:
Wow really tough sharing heartbreak of what's happened with me and Rory on GOD TV tonite our viewers are amazing The Father is so wonderfulx
Premier has been unable to contact Mr Alec for a reply, but at the time of his resignation he said: "After 20 years of service, I have had a moral failure this year.
"For this reason, I am stepping down.
"Please forgive me for the disappointment I've caused, but I know your eyes are on Jesus who is the author and finisher of your faith and not on me, an imperfect man."
