Free parking for church goers in Woking is under threat.
The National Secular Society is planning to sue the council if it doesn't end its policy allowing worshippers to park free on a Sunday.
Keith Porteous Wood from the organisation has told Premier's Des Busteed why he wants to see an end to the policy:
