A former police force chaplain has appeared before Cambridgeshire Magistrates Court charged with making and possessing indecent images of children.
42-year old Stephen Talbot of Main Street, Little Downham near Ely in Cambridgeshire, was previously based at police headquarters in Huntingdon.
It is also alleged that, on September 30, Talbot intended to pervert the course of justice by removing a hard drive from his computer, smashing it and depositing it in bins.
The married vicar is due back in court on 12th November.
