A new streaming platform focused on faith-based TV and movies is set to launch on Amazon Prime Video this fall.
The subscription service will arrive later this year as a separate channel within Prime Video and will initially be available only to U.S. viewers, priced at $8.99 per month in addition to a Prime membership.
The Wonder Project, the independent studio behind the hit Christian series House of David, is producing the channel.
Early subscribers will receive exclusive access to original films and series, including the upcoming second season of House of David, which is scheduled to premiere this fall.
The move reflects a broader trend in the entertainment industry, as studios invest more in faith-based content following the success of titles like The Chosen, Jesus Revolution, and Sound of Freedom.
The Wonder Project was founded in late 2023 by former Netflix and YouTube executive Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten and filmmaker Jon Erwin.
Hoogstraten previously said, “Our goal at The Wonder Project is to tell stories that restore faith in things worth believing in, and to do this at scale.”
