In a letter published on the Anglican Mainstream blog, the unprecedented step by St George's Becontree and St Elisabeth Becontree is said to have been made in response to what they describe as the "unbiblical leadership offered by Archbishops Welby and Sentamu".
Rev Steven Hanna and Rev Simon Smallwood also declared 'no confidence' in their own Bishop of Chelmsford, Stephen Cottrell, as their Diocesan Synod is meeting in a church that has passed a motion to approve of same sex marriages.
Rev Hanna from St Elisabeth church told Premier that doing so is "offensive" and "provocative".
The two congregation's letter explains that the motion was passed unanimously on 2nd April 2017.
Explaining the delay in revealing the vote, Rev Hanna made reference to the Scottish Episcopal Church voting in favour of allowing same-sex couples to be allowed to marry in church.
He said: "We thought, well we've taken the vote, if things do get worse then we will go public and things are getting worse and so we have decided to speak."
All bishops are accused of failing to "teach sound doctrine and the refusal to refute, publicly, false teaching and practice".
The letter claims all bishops mentioned in the motion have been notified of the vote of no confidence.
It also says: "Each congregation was asked to consider the current leadership in light of the biblical requirement for bishops as revealed, for example, in Titus 1:7-9.
"The congregation in both cases considered what had been publicly said and what hadn't been publicly said and accordingly passed the following motions of no confidence."
The publication of the votes is likely to heighten tensions as bishops draft a new document on the CofE's stance on same-sex marriage.
GAFCON, a worldwide group of conservative Anglicans, recently named Rev Canon Andy Lines as a missionary bishop to cater for disaffected Christians in Scotland, England and across Europe.
Answering whether he was concerned Rev Lines' appointment and the votes of no confidence could cause a split in the Anglican Communion, Rev Hanna told Premier: "In any disagreement you must look at what is the cause of the disagreement - where is blame to be laid.
"The blame cannot be laid at the door of those who are seeking to be faithful, who are saying 'look we want to be an Episcopal Church, we believe in bishops, but we believe in biblical bishops who hold to sound doctrine and publically refute false doctrine and false behaviour."
The Archbishop of Canterbury rebuked GAFCON's move and warned conservative bishops against creating "disturbance and discords" he believes the move will cause.
Lambeth Palace told Premier that it will not be commenting on the votes of no confidence.
