Elon Musk has reaffirmed his belief in God, naming “the Creator” as the person he looks up to the most.
Asked on The Katie Miller Podcast about his position, the billionaire said “God is the Creator".
The host pressed Musk, saying “You don’t believe in God, though, do you?”
“Well, I believe this universe came from something. People have different labels,” he responded.

The founder of Tesla and SpaceX, and owner of social media platform X, has previously expressed his support for Jesus’ teachings but has not described himself as a Christian.
In an interview with Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson last year, Musk called himself a “cultural Christian” and explained that he was brought up Anglican and baptised.
“I believe that the teachings of Jesus are good and wise. I believe in ‘turn the other cheek.’ For a while I thought that was weak,” he told Peterson. “I think this notion of forgiveness is important. I think it’s essential, because if you don’t forgive… you have these never-ending cycles of vengeance.”
Musk encouraged his followers to “go to church” in September when reposting a message from Erika Kirk, widow of the assassinated Charlie Kirk.
