Egyptian Christians threatened after new warning from Islamic State leader

by Tola Mbakwe

The warning suggests that the militant group will keep up attacks on what the leader referred to as 'legitimate targets'.

According to Reuters, the leader, who was not named, also told Muslims to stay away from government, police and military buildings.

The caution was stated during an interview in the ISIS Al Naba weekly newspaper published on Telegram.

This comes weeks after two church ISIS suicide bombings in Egypt which killed at least 45 people during Palm Sunday services.
