SAT-7 said the country's Censorship Police took a large amount of technology from the studio in Cairo.
In a statement the broadcaster said the equipment was returned in good condition without any data having been deleted.
"We are grateful that all the equipment has been returned in good shape, including the un-edited programmes on the hard drives," says SAT-7 Egypt's Director Farid Samir. "We're thankful that the local police station stored it all safely."
Executive Director Rachel Fadipe told Premier it was possible the equipment was taken in error by police who were raiding premises belonging to the banned Muslim Brotherhood.
Since the raid SAT-7 said it has been unable to run live shows and normal programming had been reduced.
Mr Samir said he is relieved: "During the last few weeks, our spiritual muscles were stretched. But the support of the worldwide Church kept us encouraged.
"We look forward to again seizing the opportunity of serving God, and this is a blessing we do not take for granted.
"Through this difficult period, we have experienced the mighty hand of God and the power of the unity of the Body of Christ."
Launched in 1996, with an international headquarters in Cyprus, SAT-7 broadcasts Christian satellite television to an audience of over 15 million people in the Middle East and North Africa.
