Church of England denies fracking profit claims

The Church of England's denying it wants to profit from fracking after claiming the rights to minerals under thousands of homes and farms.

It's after number of homeowners across pockets of the country received letters from the Land Registry informing them the Church is seeking to register the mineral rights to the earth beneath their property. Canon Ed Saville, the Lead Officer for Social Responsibility at the Diocese of Blackburn, he told Premier's Des Busteed on the News Hour people are jumping to conclusions:
