A leading Church expert on journalism is worried that the cross-party compromise on press regulation, may not give the public the safeguards they want.
After days of deadlock, the Conservatives, Lib Dems and Labour have agreed how to deal with the Leveson report - a Royal Charter will be used to create an independent regulator, to deal with the press if rules are broken.
But Andrew Graystone from the Church and Media Network told Premier's News Hour he thinks that while the public may be protected, it's not fixing the route cause of the problem, or reigning in the press enough:
