Thousands of teachers are taking part in a one-day strike in a continued row over pay, pensions and working conditions. The walkout - which is taking place across four English regions - has been organised by the National Union of Teachers and the NASUWT. Clive Ireson is from the Association of Christian Teachers.
He spoke to Tulika Pandey on Premier's News Hour and said strikes throw up dilemmas for his members:
