The Big Church Day Out aims to bring together people of all ages and denominations for two days of music and worship in West Sussex.
Jules Rendell is performing and told Premier's Inspirational Breakfast how God is shown through her music.
She said: "It's very soulful, a little bit jazzy and it's very honest I think.
"I try and write quite poetic lyrics about real things, and it also kind of reflects my relationship with God in the way I right."

However she admitted she thought having a Gospel message could put people off: "Ten years ago when I started I did think, 'gosh, if I say too much about God, about Jesus, then noone's going to want to listen to it.
"But actually I found as a I got older that people are interested, and it's just about sharing your heart and being honest."
The festival brings together the wider church as well as non-believers.
Performers include Tim Hughes, Matt Redman, Faith Child and Guvna B.
