The sound of hundreds of people singing carols has rung out across Clapham Common, one of London's most famous parks.
Holy Trinity Clapham hosted an outdoor carol concert on Sunday with an estimated 1,500 in attendance braving the poor weather conditions.
Writing on Instagram, the church said: "We had a wonderful time last night at Carols on the Common with over 1000 people braving the wet weather.
"We're thankful the rain held off during our carols and while enjoying the food and festivities."
The service kick started a month of Christmas services with the church hosting carol events every Sunday in December.
