World leaders have put aside their political differences to offer prayers for Donald Trump and everyone affected by the assassination attempt on the former US President.
The former US president had been speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania when shots were fired from a nearby rooftop.
After dropping to the floor he was escorted from the event with a bloodied ear.
One man in the crowd was killed, and two other people critically injured.
After the shooting, President Biden released a statement saying he was "grateful" to hear that Donald Trump was safe and that he is "praying for him and his family and for all those who were at the rally."

Church leaders also expressed the need for prayer.
The presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church Michael Curry has released a statement decrying political violence in any form:
"The way of love—not the way of violence—is the way we bind up our nation’s wounds. We decry political violence in any form, and our call as followers of Jesus of Nazareth is always to love. We pray for the families of those who were killed. We pray for former President Trump and his family and for all who were harmed or impacted by this incident. I pray that we as a nation and a world may see each other as the beloved children of God."
Evangelist Franklin Graham asked his 10 million Facebook followers to join him in praying for the presidential hopeful.
"I thank God that former President Donald J. Trump is alive," he said.
