The police watchdog is investigating an alleged hit and run incident near Bristol after it emerged the car involved was being followed by police.
Thirty-four year-old Ross Simons and his wife Clare - who was 30 - were killed as they were cycling on a tandem yesterday afternoon.
A man and a woman are being questioned.
Revd Peter Cook from Hanham Baptist Church told the News Hour he's spoke to the father of Mr Simons this morning:
