Tougher jail sentence for benefit cheats

Benefit cheats in England and Wales will face a jail sentence of up to 10 years under new guidelines. The director of public prosecutions - Keir Starmer - says it's a myth that "getting one over" on the system is a victimless crime.

Last year more than 8,600 people were convicted of benefit and tax fraud.

Liam Allmark from the Catholic Social Action Network - which runs the Criminal Justice Forum - told Premier's News Hour it's a welcome development but he has reservations:
