In April 2014, 276 girls were taken from a school in Chibok.
While a number have been released or escaped, the majority remain in captivity.
The latest video, released by Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram, shows a masked man giving a message to the parents of the missing girls.
He says about 40 of them have been married off and some had died because of the bombing of what he calls "infidels".
He calls on the parents to lobby the government to release Boko Haram soldiers who are imprisoned.
Anti-persecution charity Open Doors UK is calling on Christians to pray that God would give the girls hope, for their safe release and for strength for the parents.
Beth Fuller from the anti-persecution charity Open Doors told Premier's News Hour despite the horrific nature of the video there was still hope: "Many of the girls just being alive will be a source of hope to their parents and their families who for a long time didn't even know if they were alive or dead.
"We can certainly hope and pray that this time efforts [to release the girls] might be more successful".
