A baby Jesus stolen from a nativity scene in Perth has been found by police.
The life sized sculpture was stolen from St John's Kirk in the Scottish city late on Monday night.
Police Scotland said officers in Perth traced the model and it has been returned to the display.
Three males were being reported to the procurator fiscal, the force added.
It was the second time baby Jesus had been stolen from the nativity scene at the church in two years.
The church minister Rev John Murdoch said the alleged theft left him "extremely disappointed and saddened".
"The nativity is beautiful and most tastefully done by Perth and Kinross Council," he added.
