Ofsted says rural schools now the worst achieving in England

The Ofsted chief inspector says schools in coastal towns and rural areas are now among the worst achieving in England, with the problem shifting from inner cities.

Sir Michael Wilshaw warns an "unseen" group of children are being let down by a mediocre education and he wants to see the most talented teachers drafted into failing schools.

Clive Ireson is the Director of Strategy at the Association of Christian Teachers has told Premier's Marcus Jones on the News Hour why he's not surprised:
