Rev Kate Bottley said she had taken a break from the cameras whilst her daughter sat her GCSEs.
She confirmed the reason she's not been on the latest series of the hit Channel 4 show on Twitter after a fan asked where she had been.

The vicar, who lives in Blyth in Nottinghamshire, has been on the programme for a number of series and is one of the most well-known regulars.
On Twitter she said her and husband Graham were "supporting" their teenage daughter ahead of her exams.
She is also due to appear on Celebrity Mastermind.
